About the Production
《Kibo's Journey of Rebirth》is a family-friendly performance interlacing contemporary circus, puppetry and multimedia elements. With the theme of environmental protection, Hong Kong Circus aspires to raise our future generation's awareness of conversation and prompt their participation in recycling.
The show pioneered in the 2018 Community Cultural Ambassador Scheme and was the first time Hong Kong Circus combined circus and puppetry elements in a performance targeted for children. 《Kibo's Journey of Rebirth》received excellent feedback from children and parents. While conveying an educational message about environmental protection, our young audiences were mesmerised by the thrilling acrobatic acts.
With the integration of new technical elements and refinements in the delivery, Hong Kong Circus anticipates to rerun this unique production in an indoor stage. Hereby, we are proud to present to you the theatre edition of 《Kibo's Journey of Rebirth》!
