FREESPACE FESTIVAL 2012

Description: Free Space Fest is a free two-day outdoor arts festival where local and overseas artists present their works and audiences bring in their own activities at the West Kowloon Cultural District. It is currently the biggest outdoor event in Hong Kong curated for the public to explore and experiment the possibilities of public space. Hong Kong Circus was proud to be a part of this event when it was first organized in 2012.

Invited by the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, Hong Kong Circus members performed for all visitors in the Free Space Fest 2012. For the first time in public, local audience was allowed to gather around at a short yet safe distance to enjoy an up close view of the dazzling fire knife performance.
